1. Services Provided

2. Acceptance of Terms
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter a travel contract.
- If you disagree with these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete traveller details (names, ID proof, passport details, etc.).
- Ensure all shared documents are valid and up to date.
- Review and approve itineraries, quotations, and booking confirmations within the given timeline.
- Make timely payments—delays may affect bookings or cause cancellations.
- Communicate special requests (meals, rooms, transport) clearly in advance.

4. Payments & Fees
- All pricing, payment schedules, and policies will be detailed in the invoice or quotation.
- Advance payment is mandatory to confirm bookings.
- Delayed payments may result in price changes or loss of bookings.
- Non-refundable charges include visa fees, flight tickets (as per airline rules), hotel advance, processing fees, and third-party service charges.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation policies vary based on airlines, hotels, and destination partners.
- Astrra Holidays will follow the respective provider’s refund rules.
- Service charges paid to Astrra Holidays are non-refundable.
- Refund processing may take 7–21 working days.
- No refund will be provided for:
- missed flights
- no-shows
- personal reasons for cancellation
- unused services in a package

6. Travel Documentation
- Clients must hold valid passports (minimum 6 months validity).
- Ensure correct visa application submission.
- Comply with immigration, COVID, and international travel rules.
- Astrra Holidays assists, but final approvals depend on respective embassies or immigration authorities.

7. Travel Risks
- Astrra Holidays is not responsible for:
- natural calamities
- political disturbances
- flight delays or cancellations
- loss of baggage
- medical emergencies
- We strongly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance.

8. Intellectual Property
- All itineraries, package designs, brochures, images, and custom travel plans remain the company’s intellectual property.
- They may not be reused, copied, or shared commercially without permission.

9. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Disputes will be resolved in the courts of your respective city/state.
