- Refund eligibility depends on airlines, hotels, travel partners, and suppliers.
- Astrra Holidays follows the refund rules of each partner strictly.
- Service charges paid to Astrra Holidays are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Refunds apply only to the refundable portion as per third-party policies.

3. Cancellations Initiated by the Client
- Refund depends on vendor (hotel/flight) approval.
- Non-refundable bookings may return ₹0 refund.
- Cancellation charges increase closer to travel date.

- 30+ days → 30–50% deduction
- 15–30 days → 50–75% deduction
- 0–14 days → 75–100% deduction

- Natural disasters
- Political unrest
- Strikes or restrictions
- Supplier failure
- Safety concerns
Astrra Holidays assists with rebooking at no extra service fee.

5. No-Show & Missed Services
- No refund for missed flights/trains
- No refund for skipping itinerary items
- No refund for failure to provide required documents

- Processing time: 7–21 working days
- International refunds: 30+ days
